ready to write a graphic novel for the first time with guidance?

Write a Graphic Novel!

Hi, I'm Teresa! I'm the author of two biographical graphic novels in Penguin Workshop's WhoHQ series: “Who Is Tibet's Exiled Leader? The 14th Dalai Lama” and "Who Smashed Hollywood Barriers with Gung Fu? Bruce Lee."

I first taught this course at the Marvelous Midwest conference last year and it was a big hit. But breakout sessions are only about 40 minutes long, making it a rushed experience.

So, I've decided to teach this online as a live webinar. I'm allotting a full hour and a half for teaching the course, with another half hour for Q&A.

PLUS, a month later, after you've had time to digest the material and try your hand at drafting a script, I will hold another one-hour Q&A, included in the cost.

This course will be available as a download that you can keep forever and re-watch as often as you need or want to. A detailed handout and the slide deck will be included.

Testimonials

Jamie Bills, kid lit author

"Teresa Ho Robeson’s session on Writing a Graphic Novel for the First Time is thorough and packed with great resources. Teresa teaches with high energy and contagious enthusiasm. After taking Teresa’s session, I had all the information I needed to move from talking about writing a graphic novel “someday” to completing my first GN manuscript within the next few months."
